Tricia West, principal, is a pioneer in the field of legal nurse consulting. She has worked in the medical legal
arena since 1980. She has 30 years experience as a registered nurse and administrator. Tricia graduated
with honors from CSULA and UOP. In addition to having her BSN in Critical Care, she holds an MBA
in Healthcare Management.
Tricia is the past President of the AALNC LA Chapter as well as the past President of the
California Association for Healthcare Quality.
Tricia is a member of the Leadership Council for the National Association of Healthcare Quality. She is also
the past Editor of the California Association for Healthcare Quality Journal and Prior Education Chair.
Nicole Sandefur Thieme, Operations Officer for PJ West & Associates, Inc., graduated from Sonoma State University. Nicole earned Dean's List honors while double majoring in psychology and kinesiology. Her studies included an emphasis on peak performance psychology, pre-physical therapy, and pre-med/health sciences.
Nicole comes to us from a health and wellness background, and holds several fitness certifications as well. In addition to her assisting clients with health and fitness, Nicole has a true passion for quality health care and patient safety. Her experience in key leadership and management roles in the health industry has paved the way for her success with PJ West & Associates, Inc.
